8. Getting Started (pricing info)
Placez Associate Website Franchises are usually priced based on the population of an area or based on whether an area is considered a resort, destination, or National Park.* Areas that contain many smaller communities may be grouped into one website and related fees are based on the aggregate population of the area.

| 4 | 151-300k | $3,500 | $225 |
| 5 | 301-600k | $5,000 | $250 |
| 6 | 601k-1 million | $7,000 | $300 |
| 7 | 1 million + | $12,000 | $400 |
Resort Towns: $2,500 startup & $200 per month.
Note: Monthly fees are not due until six months after purchase of a franchise website. Initial Franchise fee is non-refundable as described in the franchise agreement. While no other fees or royalties are planned at this time, products to enhance and market your website will be offered for sale as they are developed.
*Resort or National Park Status is determined by Placez management.
**Monthly fees can be reduced significantly by selling advertising and other services back to Placez. Contact us for more information.
