To own a Placez website, you’ll need to pay a monthly maintenance fee*.
You’ll also need to:

- Write useful and interesting text about where you live
- Maintain and update your website
- Market your website (through local papers, through Google Adwords, etc.)
In return, we’ll provide:
- Full back-end support including server maintenance and URL maintenance and protection
- User-friendly administration system that gives you complete control over what’s viewable on your site
- State-of-the-art content management system that requires no programming knowledge
- Initial and ongoing training including expert guidance on content creation and management
- Sales techniques, ideas, and concepts
- National marketing of Placez.com
- Protection of your designated territory
- Ongoing research of improved functionality and revenue-making opportunities for your website
- Billing and credit card processing services for your local customers
- Print materials for local marketing and advertising sales
- Community Forum to keep you connected with other Placez website owners
- Traffic building benefits of belonging to a growing network of quality websites
*Monthly maintenance fees are based on the size of your community and can be viewed here. Monthly fees are deferred for at least six months after you purchase your Placez website. Monthly fees can be reduced significantly by selling advertising and other services back to Placez. Contact us for more information.
