Is there an income guarantee?
A: No. As with any business opportunity, the potential income is directly related to the type of business, the motivation and work ethic of the owner, the economic climate of the area and the competition for the product. We believe that all of our websites have the potential to generate income, but the level of that income depends on these factors and others.
Will my website franchise go up in value?
A: We are not able to make any predictions as to the potential future value of our website franchises. However, in our experience, websites that produce revenue and are well run and maintained can often be sold for more than their initial purchase price.

Will my Placez website allow me to quit my job?
A: This is not a get-rich-quick-scheme. We do not expect any of our website franchises to replace a steady income in a short period of time. Some of our associates will likely be able to leave their current job, but only after a long-term commitment to their Placez site.
How much time will I have to put into my website?
A: That depends on how large your franchise area is, what you want your website to look like, and how much money you want to make. Some people will view their Placez web site as a full-time job and eventually a full-time income. Others will treat the site more like a hobby that generates a modest supplemental income.
What if I don’t like it or it doesn’t work out?
A: We would first encourage you to let us help you through any difficulties that you might be having. But if the site is simply not for you there are several options. 1. Sell the website on the open market under the franchise agreement resale policy. 2. Sell the website back to Placez which would be negotiated just like any other sale. 3. Transfer ownership to someone else (like a family member who has more time) per the franchise agreement transfer policy.
