What makes our neighborhood guides unique among websites is that they are created by locals and are rich in photography. Other real estate and local content mega-sites are just displaying the same data that is available everywhere, without local content being contributed on an ongoing basis by users that live in these areas. This is where the large sites fail, and local, independent operators can fill an important, revenue-making niche on the Internet.

The neighborhood guide concept is simple. People from out of town that are looking to move to a town or city currently have few options to visually explore the town for areas that they may like to live in. The neighborhood guide displays ground level photography organized by neighborhood and part of town, providing a way to explore real estate in new and interesting ways.

The neighborhood guide provides innovative and extremely targeted real estate marketing opportunities. Listings in a Placez Associate Website are displayed in the general real estate section, in the "Part of Town" that the listing is in, and again at the neighborhood level. Potential home buyers looking at neighborhoods they are interested in are exposed to real estate listings right in that neighborhood. Real estate marketing doesn't get more targeted than that!
