Placez associate website franchises are sold to owners on an exclusive basis within their geographical area. These areas are usually cities, but can also be groups of smaller communites. The price of a Placez associate website is based on the population of the franchised area. There is both an upfront cost, and a monthly fee for being a Placez associate. The monthly fee is waived for the first 6 months.

Currently Placez is in beta-testing phase and we are offering steep discounts for those that purchase a franchise in 2008. New owners will have no monthly fees until January of 2009, or 6 months, whichever length of time from franchise purchase is greater. Franchise fees in 2008 will be low to mid xxxx depending on franchise area population. Monthly fees will start at 100 dollars per month and depend on franchise area population. Specific fees will be discussed with qualified franchisees.
